FULL IT is an independent IT service provider specializing in IT Service Management, IT support, process optimization, and IT project management. We combine technical expertise, clear structures, and human collaboration to make IT environments stable, secure, and future-ready.
We work for companies, public institutions, and security-related organizations – including projects for the Ministry of Defense, police services, and other public sector areas. At the same time, we support private enterprises in industry, energy, technology, and many other sectors.

Who Stands Behind FULL IT
I am an ITSM and PMO consultant with over 15 years of experience in Germany and around 10 years in South and North America (Canada). My work connects people, processes, and technology to create reliable, scalable, user-oriented IT services.
Born in Bolivia, raised in Germany, and fluent in three languages, I move confidently between cultures, teams, and communication styles. This international perspective helps me make technical content understandable, build bridges between stakeholders, and create clarity in complex situations.
I have supported companies in energy, industry, and technology – including in the following areas:
- Optimization of ITSM processes
- Improvement of service delivery
- Implementation and support of Microsoft 365
- Establishment of PMO structures and project governance
- Team and stakeholder communication
- Stabilization of critical IT environments
